Q: Similar question as an earlier post - string A3 is no longer lit, though the rest of the lights are on. Is there some troubleshooting / repair we can do? I’m surprised a whole section would turn off; the specs say when one bulb fails, the rest stay on.

A: The only power cord is to plug into an outlet. The electronics are within the section joints.

Q: I can’t one section of my lights to work. I’m sure the fuse is fine. But I don’t seem to able to figure out which plug plugs into where. Perhaps you have a manual? I don’t seem to able to find my paper that came with the purchase of the tree

A: Ma pôle est parfaitement bien alignée tout le haut du sapin et la partie centrale fonctionne parfaitement bien. Sur la partie du bas j’ai pu aucun globe qui allume y sont noir noir noir noir. J’ai essayer dans changer un avec ceux qu’on reçois et il a aussitôt brûlé. J’aimerais juste être capable de ravoir des globe pour les changer a force d’avoir des globes qui brûlent mon sapin va finir par ne plus allumer. Je suis déçu de mettre le prix sur un sapin qui fini par même pas durer plus longtemps que 2 années

A: I bought this thinking Canadian Tire wouldn't lie to us. It says in the instructions that the bulbs "1. this product does not contain bulb shunts which allow the product to operate if one bulb burns out. 2. the product consists of non-replaceable LED bulbs to reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock do not attempt to replace bulbs or modify string" Not pleased
