Not as good as photo

We tried to follow the instructions to get the branches arranged evenly as in the photos. but were unable to do so, as the bottom branches wouldn't stay up and the top branches wouldn't go down, so there are large bare spaces (good place to hang ornaments, I guess). The length of the branches don't seem well proportioned either, The lights are on wires that are plainly visible, so I'm hoping the ornaments will cover them. It's also not very stable. We bought it for full price early in the season, and it is not worth it!

Does not look like the pic on the box. One of the branches broken and there are not 70 lights. As usual, sub standard Canadian Tire garbage. Will not buy here again. Trying to get a refund is always a fight. I do not want a gift card to buy more of their junk.

A: It does not come with ornaments so they can be added. But it's fine without as well.
