Outdoor Christmas Willow Tree

Stunning outdoor Christmas Tree. We had to return 1 as there was a flaw in electrical that we were worried about. One string was not working the same as the rest. Was replaced easily at customer service. This tree works beautifully so far, even through heavy rain this past week.

Beautiful tree when it works

I should have read the reviews before buying this tree last year, it would have saved a lot of disappointment.
I bought this tree November of 2024, and never got around to setting it up. This year I remembered it, and did get it setup, and it was beautiful till the temp dipped below zero. Now it’s extremely difficult to get working.
Like other people reporting negative reviews, this tree doesn’t seem to be able to handle colder temperatures. If you can get it to work, it makes amazing colours and patterns, but it really is a warm temp product only.
The other thing to mention is that this tree really feels cheap. I’ve bought many other Canvas products, and they’ve been solid, but this one had a bad vibe right out of the box. The base is plastic, which is really abnormal as other Canvas items were metal based. Same goes for the trunk of the tree, feels super cheap. This bothers me as I spent 170.00 on this thing, and really wish I would have checked it out last year. I would strongly not recommend this product for anyone other than maybe Vancouver folks.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed

Loved this tree..as of yesterday can no longer get all the settings to work properly .. the static ones will not come on .. so annoying . Got it last year so can no longer return it

Q: I want to put this outside in my garden. All my lights run off a timer. Will this tree work ok that way? Would it come back on at the same setting? Or would I have to change it every time to the one I want?

A: Thanks for reaching out. Please note that using the timer on the tree is not recommended and there is a default memory function to keep the previous light effect without resetting it.
