The shipper gave me a visibly damaged package at the time of pick up. Get all the way home to assemble it and sure enough it was damaged. Poor customer experience.

The quality of this item is horrible - especially for the price. The fabric is very delicate, and it was torn in multiple places on every gift box. It's such a shame because this could have been an amazing decoration.
