Q: Should there be a groove cut into mounting bracket on granite so you can insert backing? Ours was not cut, there’s only a groove cut on 3 sides, not the top.
2 years agoA: There are two brackets on granite, one bracket has a goove which is for inserting back panel, one bracket has not groove. Please kindly check if you assemble it with wrong direction.
