They look just amazing. The torch inside imitates the same as a candle which makes it just that extra special. If left on, no worries, it has an automatic shut off after 6 hours saving on the batteries.

Q: Purchased one today. There is an on off button at the bottom. Does not seem to illuminate the Candle at any position. I even removed the test button still nothing. Do they come with batteries?

A: It’s located underneath the lantern and there is a tiny screw that keeps it closed, like childrens toys.

Q: We have the Canvas Filigree lantern but can't get it to turn on and stay on. The "try me" button connected to the circuit lights it up, but the on/off switch doesn't. If we disconnect the try me wire, the lantern doesn't light up. Is there a trick?
