Says "battery operated", but isn't ... staff at store did not know if it was or was not battery operated, and there was no way to open package to verify (without damaging packaging). Plug-in cord is way too short, unless you have an outlet near the top of your tree. Did not work, when plugged-in. Had to make sure that all the bulbs were firmly in place, before it would light-up ... but, then, stopped working within 5 minutes. Distributed by Trileaf Distribution (Toronto) and imported from China.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Doesn’t Work!

Bought this last year at the end of the season to use this Christmas and when I plug it in it doesn’t work. What a waste of money since it’s too late now to return!

Q: I just bought this tree topper and plugged it but it didn’t work. i took it back to the store for another one but they tested it there and it worked , so i came back home and tried it again and still doesn’t work. Any ideas what could be the issue?

A: Check your power source or try a different outlet. If it still doesn’t work, bring it back to the store with your receipt and ask for an exchange.
