Q: We purchased a pendant light "Canvas" There should be a Brushed Chrome tube cover that goes over the threaded rod on the bottom. That tube is missing. we checked another one and it was missing as well. How does this go together?

A: where's the image you say you supplied Canadian Tire Team ? We just bought the same light and parts are missing, no instructions either. It was a sealed box. We are having to fabricate parts in order to attach the shade and diffuser glass.
