These are lovely & well made. Two suggestions though, I would like to see a lantern made identical to this but without the Christmas greenery.

Only one timer length option: 6 hours

Looks and works great! Only downside of it is the on/off/timer switch is on the bottom, so it’s a bit awkward unless you use the timer. Timer is pre-set for 6 hours and cannot be changed. I wish it had a remote, so the timer length could be adjusted.

Defective Product

Terrible Store policy, I bought this today and product does not work. When I called the store to see if they could save another one so I could exchange I was told that no products could be exchange or get a refund before Christmas. This is a ridiculous policy especially when u want to use product at Christmas. So buyer beware make sure all Canadian Tire products work if not you cannot exchange or get refund before the holidays. Terrible policy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Hi. I have never used the timer. You would have to experiment with it indoors to see how long no it stays on for and again how to turn it back on. Sorry.

A: No. But I’m in wpg and standing outside long enough to pry it open isn’t an option lol so I guess it might be possible but it’s not obvious if you can open it.

A: The timer is on the on/off switch. The switch has three positions. The middle is off. Push the switch to the right and it stays on for six hours. Pushing the switch to the left offers another time option. I am assuming eight hours. I have not personally tried that option.
