Good but customer service is meh

I have had this for over a year and it stopped charging. Emailed support and no response. Replaced the batteries (on my own dime) in the unit and still doesn't work.

I bought one of these and it worked for about a year and then the solar panel died. replaced the batteries on my own dime and still doesn't work. I emailed the customer support and never got a response.
based on lack of after-sale support I would not buy again

I love this chandelier. It hangs in my gazebo so it doesn’t get wet. The solar panel faces west and gets plenty of sun. Sadly, since I seem to be out a lot more this summer I notice it comes on about 8:45 and turns off about 1 hour later. Not sure how to get it to stay on longer as I don’t think there is a length of time button. I did purchase it in 2023 but it still should last longer than 45 mins to an hour.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Yes it does. Not sure why some are saying no. Mine is a three way switch on the back of the solar charger that shows 6H/off/10h so you can pick the run time. It will go off after that time and stay off until dark the next evening. Or you can manually turn it off.

A: The solar cell and holder are low quality. Mine didn't even last a year...good luck getting a replacement.. I have been trying with the company to keep getting told to go elsewhere and buy one... I would NEVER buy from this brand again

A: Im confused what you mean to completely charge? It uses solar batteries. It lasts from dusk to dawn with no issues. After 3 years though, the solar panel was pooched so i just bought a new one! Love it.

Q: Does the battery come pre-charged? Purchased it yesterday and had in okay sun most of the day. I figured it would atleast turn on even if it wasn’t for long but it never turned on at all. I have the panel under some lights to see if it will turn on.

A: There are buttons on the backside of the panel with amounts of time for the lights to stay on. Check to see if there is an "on" switch too.

Q: I purchased the solar chandelier in June/22, worked fine for 2 months only. Lights do not come on anymore. Very disappointed. I tried repositioning the solar panel, but no luck. Any suggestions?

A: Ours has worked for two years with no trouble. Isn’t there a switch where the panel is. Maybe it got turned off . Check the wire for breaks and make sure it is pushed all the way into the charger.

Q: I purchased this during the summer of 2022 and it's been great. It's now mid-November and the time has come to pack up the outdoor area. Do I need to take this apart and put it in the shed or can the solar cell survive being on the gazebo roof for winter?
