When unpacking the string of lights 2 bulbs exploded and a third cracked. The glass used in the bulbs is too light for use.

Q: What replacement bulbs does this string use? If you don't carry them, at least can you look at the box to see if it gives a product name or type for the bulbs - or perhaps provide the customer service number for Canvas so that I can call them to find out?

A: I have purchased replacement bulbs but they are costly. It's cheaper to buy a whole new string and use the bulbs from there.

Q: J'ai acheté ce produit et lorsque je l'ai installé, une ampoule a brûlée ( défectueuse ) et malheureusement vous ne disposez pas d'ampoule de rechange pour ce jeu de lumière CANVAS Penny. Quoi faire en tant que client !!!!
