Avoid this monstrosity. It is poorly made, hard to assemble, and ours didn’t light up once it was assembled. Plus...this glitter bomb made a complete mess in the house.

Q: What is the TOTAL length of this set? From front of deer to the back of the sleigh?

A: All depends how you set it up as they are 3 separate pieces with their own cords each piece is roughly 2 1/2' long. Note - I bought this set NOV2020, worked great the first holiday season, tons of compliments, in 2021 it didn't even last a month before multiple lights on each piece burnt out. Almost impossible to figure out which are burned out so this year I bought new LED lights and relit them as I did love the set, I in hindsight to buy again I would pay the little extra for the led version.

Q: Brand new and one of the deers stopped working about 3 weeks in. We replaced the fuses . No change. We tested the wiring and power is flowing through the line. What do I do?

Q: will this be seen from a 7 floor balcony

A: The 2 deer are 1.1m high & sleigh is 0.7m high, featuring 150 warm white lights in total. Once lit, the figures should be clearly visible on the balcony, but it depends on the placement, type of the balcony and viewing angle.
