Nice cabinet but has some paint issues

I purchased this cabinet yesterday it was easy to assemble it the perfect for the intended space it has just enough storage.Upon a final look over when assembled I noticed the left door has paint finish issues . The black paint on the left door is not smooth it appears to be chaffing. I will call customer service today to see if a replacement door can be sent to me. Otherwise I would have given this cabinet a higher rating had it been in pristine condition.

Super easy for one person to assemble and every pre-drilled hole lined up so the cabinet looks great when assembled. Fits perfectly in an upstairs alcove.

Q: Does this cabinet need to have the shelf inside it for stability?

A: The shelf can be removed. However, it comes with a wall strap (tip-over restraint), that should be used to secure the cabinet to the wall.

Q: Is this cabinet available in Black? The colour drop down gives you an option for Teal (168-0031) and Ivory (168-0032) but the Black option just shows the Teal cabinet...

A: Yes it is. The product number for black is 68-7834. If you search it by product number, the image for black is available.

A: No, as the legs are not separate pieces, they are part of the cabinet side panel.
