Don’t waste your time or money!!!

Bought one and after assembly, it would not ignite!! Returned it for refund. Purchased another one to be picked up 200 kms away because the first store had none left. Opened the box and it was damaged big time! Canadian Tire has to pay more attention to quality control! Terrible customer service!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Dented fire table

I opened it and it had a huge dent in it. I drove 30 min back to the Bridgewater store to get another. I asked the employee to open to make sure it wasn’t damaged. He refused saying he didn’t have a knife. I got it back to my cottage and after opening it saw it had a bigger dent in it. I had family arriving soon and could not drive back again to do another swap. So I used it and now I own a brand new dented fire table.

Q: Does anyone have instructions on how to convert this to natural gas. We purchased this and bought a conversion hose and valve. Problem is the existing connection to the propane hose seems impossible to remove.

Q: Our fire table makes a hissing sound when on. Is this safe and normal?

A: Dear valued customer, thank you for sharing your concern with us. A hissing sound is not normal. Please perform a leak test. You may refer to your assembly instructions. 1. Make 2-3 oz of leak detection solution by mixing one part liquid dishwashing soap with three parts water. 2. Make sure control knob is in the “OFF” position.3. Connect LP gas tank per “Installing LP Gas Tank” section. 4. Turn LP gas tank valve to “OPEN”.5. Spoon several drops of solution, or use a squirt bottle, at all “X” locations in figures 1 and 2. a. If any bubbles appear, turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”, reconnect and re-test. b. If you continue to see bubbles after several attempts, turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED” and disconnect LP gas tank, per “Disconnecting LP Gas Tank”. Contact 1-888-670-6684 for assistance. c. If no bubbles appear after one minute, turn LP gas tank valve to “CLOSED”, wipe away solution and proceed

Q: This states it uses a 9.1 kg standard tank, but all standard tanks seem to be 7.7 kg. Where might someone find the right tank size?
