We Only had these up for 2 years, and they are shredded, the zippers are all broke off, the grommets are all tore out… and to top it off, you can see through most of it, especially where it was folded in the packaging… sooooo cheaply made. We paid full price for them at $359.99 and even at this clearance price I wouldn’t bother wasting the money. Wouldn’t even pay $10 for them now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Are the walls durable enough to leave up in the winter time?

A: I purchased the winter gazebo that literly goes over the whole structure and put all my pation furnture under it, almost like a second. a very important tip I have for easy annual assembly, is to write with a permant mark on the top of the curtain, panel and netting a small letter indicating where it should be installed. this will help with assemble it once . I put a small letter on each opening and then match it with its panel. i cant tell you how many times i have installed it and had to take it down and start over because they werent matching up. this year with my new system in place it took me 40 mins to assemble.

Q: Are these curtains and screens meant to be installed on two separate rods? My Gazebo has two separate rods to hang the curtains from.

A: Dear Rick, thank you for your question. There are two lines of hooks pre-attached to the beams. The one closer to the beam is for the curtain wall and the one next to it is for the netting. We hope we answered your question.

The light in the photo may show the color in a different shade, but the color is Black. Unfortunately, this does not come in any other colors and you can only purchase the curtain walls with the additional netting walls. I hope we cleared up any confusion.

Q: I purchased this product about two months ago and I can already see some areas that are beginning to tear. It's as if some seams are being created where light can show through more than other areas. Is there anything this product's company will do to fix?

Q: How to install the curtain hooks? The Gazebo was installed by Canadian Tire Installers the netting is in place hanging from the track. The Track for the curtain is visible however I have no idea how to open the track to insert the hooks?

A: Gently tap out the rubber stopper at the end of the rail to open track. Then replace after.
