This product is exactly what we were looking for but the curtain around is full of holes and creases trying to get a replacement. I don’t want a refund because I love it. I tried the number that they offered, but they tell me that the number is changed and then it disconnects Before they give me the new number.

Canvas curtains for a 10x12 gazebo

I am so disappointed with this product the folds are full of holes and crease holes They said to return only to the sender not the store when my phone tell me the phone number is changed and can’t give me a phone number. They just disconnect I went to the store Grand Falls Windsor there was none left. I didn’t want a refund. I want a new curtain there is no more in stockand no more coming in. I have no way of getting hold to anybody about this problem.

Cheap material on the panels

Bought the set (panels and netting) last week and installed it today...too many pinholes in the panel itself. Cheaply made but I needed a cover for gazebo dor the summer. Will sure to take it off for the winter season.

Q: Are you going to improve on this product since it is so horrible and certainly not worth the replacement cost? When you pay over $1000.00 for the gazebo , which is very nice and sturdy, one would expect a much better quality in curtains.
