This looks great in the picture, however in person, it looks nothing like this. Glad I didn’t order it online. I think the previous versions maybe looked better because I saw an influencer post about it, but when I went in store I was highly disappointed!

Q: How do I get these lights to stay on? I have to hold the white circular “try me” button. If I remove it the lights don’t work. If it stays in, it has to be pressed for lights to work. Was there something I was supposed to plug in after removing It?

A: I did all the above. Fresh batteries, right polarity. Hangtag removed. When I switch the button to on it does not work. Only when I re-insert the wires from the hang tag and press the “for store purposes” button will the lights actually light up (so I know it is not a bulb issue)
