A: The weight of the chair is only a guess on my part so I will say about 30 - 35 lbs. They do not blow away or ever move in a wind storm.

A: We use these with our dining table and they are awesome for long meals and conversation. Just note the arms are high so if your dining table is low, they won't tuck in under the table.
