Makes a nice impromptu tree topper, especially for trees that don't support traditional toppers.

We are using it as a tree topper which isn't it's intended purpose, but it looks pretty good once you get it positioned right. Our artificial tree doesn't support toppers very well so this is nice since it can just sit on top supported by multiple branches. When it's lit up it looks really nice in the tree. It can be set to stay lit, or operate on a timer with 6 hours on and 18 hours off. It would be nice if the timer could be set for some different intervals. Personally I'd like to be on for 9 or 12 hours per day.
