I don't usually buy artificial plants and had wanted a snake plant for a while. When I recently saw one in the garden centre vs the artificial one on sale in the store, hands down the artificial plant looked better and is mess free for my carpeted bedroom space. I bought a few other kinds of artificial plants also, as they look more real at Canadian Tire than at other stores I've seen!
