Lights stopped working

Had for 3-4 years and lights stopped working. Metal broke in places due to rust which prevents it from staying together. As lights are broken I just shined an accent light on it this year which sufficed. Disappointed lights broke though :(

Light burnt out

Looks good when it works, light bulb burnt out very quickly and pain in the butt trying to figure out which bulb to replace but very hard to figure out.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Frustrating assembly

Assemble yourself, but several of the holes for the pins on mine where covered by the mess of sticky string. Had to cut away and force a screwdriver through. Also GLITTER EVERYWHERE. Not buying any of these decorations again. Does look nice though despite the pain of assembly.

A: I had the same problem with the deer and sleigh as well as 2 snowmen I had purchased in a previous year. The ground anchors provided with all were too narrow and short. So, I used some old tent pegs I had, approximately 7 inches long, and no trouble since! The straight pegs work better than the spiral ones.

Q: There are cords showing on the exterior that I suspsect should be wound inside of the deer, is that normal? I could tell the box I got had been previously returned, and I’m wondering if that’s why the cords are messed up.

A: There are lights inside the deer and a cord for plugging in. You should be able to tuck the cords in and use white zip ties that were provided to help secure the cords.

Q: Where are the fuses located in the Canvas Reindeer and Sleigh. Half the lights are out in the Reindeer and I know it looks like one of the lights, but contains the fuse! I need to replace the fuse.

A: Thanks for reaching out! The fuses were built-into the plug. The light set was built on a series circuit. This means when one bulb goes out, the entire circuit is impacted and does not stay lit. May we suggest to check on the connection of the lights if there are any loosen bulbs; especially for the lamp holder with 3-wires connected at the bottom as these are the joints of the series circuit.
