I’m quite pleased with this, I wanted it for the clip-on light but I find I use the table lamp base just as much. It's nice and sturdy, feels like good quality and recharges nicely.

Only works 4 hours

I bought this lamp for my son to use at his desk all evening as it gets dark here before 5pm now, and be able to easily move it next to his bed later. As it has these great options, like deskside lamp holds it up, and clip and wall hanging to put it elsewhere... one lamp, multiple functions or places to put it. And the fact it doesn't plug in meant that he could use it where an outlet wasn't accessible. I figured he could recharge it daily. However the charge only lasts 4 hours, as stated with the item. Obviously if he starts using it at 5pm, by 9pm he's not even ready for bed, but it has stopped working even as a desk lamp. I wish I had known this, as I would not have purchased it. We have to purchase another lamp or two, in order for him to have a desklamp and a bedside lamp, simply because this one has such a short working life. Most of us use a desk lamp or lamp in your room more than 4 hrs in a day. Cannot recommend, unless this will work for you. The magnetic attachment and the three ways of using it are fine.

Stops working even after a full charge

Bought this lamp for its portability and flexibility. However, even when it's fully charged the light will sometimes turn off on its own; it doesn't seem to hold the charge well? Not sure why this is, maybe I received a faulty one. Would not recommend this product unless you only need a light for a few mins at a time.
