Broke in 5 minutes

Straight out of the box as I was installing the (very cheap and short) strap, I adjusted the zoom lever with my thumb and it broke. Other reviews seem to reflect my experience of odd / flimsy movement in this section. For about 5 minutes I loved these binoculars. Great concept. Very poorly made.

Hard to keep focus & higher zooms nearly useless

The sale price seemed to good to pass up, the optics look decent to my eye & I liked the idea of the adjustable magnification. In practice these binoculars are awkward to use and hard to keep focused. Any pressure against the eye while using them pushes the focus out & the zoom function turns out to be fairly gimmicky. If I'd paid full price for these I'd be extremely disappointed with their performance. For the sale price, I'd still rather have a different pair even if that meant giving up the adjustable zoom. I find any zoom setting above 22 unusable even on a tripod.

Poor Quality - Do not buy!

I have a few Bushnell binoculars which are great - so I was really disappointed to buy these for my daughter. They are cheap construction with lots of play. There are major parts which are plastic and easily break. They certainly do not hold up to any type of field work. It is hard to believe these are Bushnell. I did get them on sale and even then it is not worth the price. I could spend about $25 to send them to get repaired but the quality is so poor that it is not even worth it. They would quickly break again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. Definitely not recommended!

Great Purchase

Great view, easy to tune, clear picture through all magnifications in various distances. Easy to follow instructions. Diopter setting for focusing. Tested at different ranges/magnifications and even did some bird watching. Good clear image at highest magnification from 500-1000 yards also, good at close ranges, could read a sign perfectly at 27x magnification at about 200 yards with bigger clear image. Using for hunting, can't wait to get out and see some coyotes/fox/rabbit at long range. Great FOV. Would like to find out if they are fog/rainproof. Got them at a good price 03/01/2015. No complaints, would recommend for all types of use. Happy with price.
