Bulbs appear to be duds

Purchased eight bulbs which I admit were on sale but who can resist a sale planted them and they appear to be duds as nothing has come from planting them not sure if I want to purchase these from here unless I can be sure they aren’t duds

A: I’m going to go find my receipt, as this isn’t the product that I purchased. Although I would of if I had seen them there.

Q: I purchased two and was wondering if there was a video how to plant it? or some instructions?

A: We just prepared a hole, worked up the soil and dug deep enough to cover the root and packed the soil back around and watered. In a month the the rhubarb was growing great. As of this April it is growing wonderfully.
