Purchased this today for my Labrador retriever and I gotta say he loves it, however, it’s not very durable. He’s had it for about 15 minutes and he’s nearly destroyed the entire toy. Probably should have used it as a fetch toy instead. As far as dogs like mine keep in mind if you give this to them to chew on they will destroy it in one sitting lol

Cool toy, but not much for a dumb pooch

My dog is dumb, like wayyy dumb. She can't associate between bringing back the toys or sticks and just running at them. It's a work in progress but the biggest downside to this dog toy is that it rips wayyy too easy for a retriever trainer. My dog chewed this trainer to shreds in less than a week. The rope is still good I guess, but the rubber comes apart way too easy for a trainer. I guess it's more hardy than a real duck is and as such there is no DARN way this puppy is coming on a hunt with me any time soon, and if you have a dog that wants to learn retrieving this will maybe work, but I've had back luck. May just be my dogs too young to retrieve still, but I'll be buying a new toy when she shows she can do the job semi-okay! Also make sure your puppy can fit the thing in their mouths. Mine struggled for a bit at first. Then she grew a bunch.
