Pretty but not bird friendly

Birds prefer a shallow bath, this one is too deep and slippery for most of the smaller species. The screw on top is difficult to line up correctly resulting in a canted appearance. Although nice to look at, I was disappointed when it was accidentally frozen and the bowl cracked immediately.

Poor Quality

This birdbath looks fine and seemed OK for the first few days, although a bit unstable. It did not come with any stones to anchor the base so I filled the post with gravel. BUT. The biggest problem is after a few days, I noticed the bronze paint was flaking off and floating in the water. This was accelerated when I hosed the bath out to clean it. I'm sure this is not good for the wildlife and I don't think Canadian Tire should even be selling this product.

This birdbath looks nice, like real metal, and is easy to clean ,but racoons tend to tip it over every night because it is too light.

Nice looking Bird Bath

I like this bird bath because its light and easy to move around. It has the look of being heavier and more expensive. The downside is that it is light and if it falls over chances are that the branch decoration will snap of as mine did. But the birds love it and thats what counts!
