      Great tent for the price

Great tent. Very roomy and easy to setup. Perhaps a little too many pieces to put together the first time, but in all a great tent for the price (especially on-sale).

      Yes, I recommend this product.

Good tent - not intuitive to put up

Very good tent. After you do it once, about 5 to 7 minutes to put up with help. Fits massive coleman air mattresses. The first time you put it up in your backyard, expect about half an hour. I marked the pathways for the poles A, B, C, D with a sharpie and it is much quicker to put the tent up now. A decent tent - had lots of abuse and stood up well.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Great buy

Bought this tent 2 years ago on sale and it's held up in rain very well. We sprayed it first with a hose and let it dry, then it was quite resilient in rain storms. Would definitely recommend.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Great value

I loved the extra features, like glow in the dark zippers and extra pockets. In the back there is even a storage area that zips shut, it's was actually big enough for my son to sleep in, he felt like he had his own room. It rained a lot and we were dry the whole time, very satisfied with my purchase.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Questions

      1 - 5 of 5 Questions

Q: I see that the base is not a full square. Does it fit a Queen size airbed?

      4 Answers
      • A: Yes it does. We fit a queen air mattress and a single air mattress and still have a bit of room.

      Q: is it water resistant?

      2 Answers
      • A: As long as you don't touch it from the inside when it's raining, it repels water. But if you touch it from inside, it disrupts the flow and you'll have a wet hand from touching a wet cloth.

Q: Is this one of those "easy-up" type tents?

      2 Answers
      • A: Definitely NOT!!! There's 8 sticks rather than the standard 4. And you can't just set up the four main ones and go inside. There's a roof you have to add, or else the top of the tent is just a screen. And there's bars that go over the front and rear entrance, even if you don't need a rear entrance. Took me 45 minutes to set up all the stuff outside, while my wife was inside making up the bed. I would recommend the Broadstone Red Canyon Tent. The poles are much thicker, and it's much taller (6 feet 3 inches tall in the middle). It will let you stand up inside, rather than walk around hunched over.
