Q: Is there a rear window; is the floor a bathtub design; how heavy is the tent and does it come with a carrying case?

A: The body of the tent has mesh to within approximately 30 centimeters of the tub floor. The removable fly fully covers the mesh. The front door has a mesh window with zippered flap. The duffle style carry bag measures 41.5"x 8.25"x8.25". Approximate weight is 18 lbs or 8.2 kg.

Q: Do you have any information on how the tent material deals in heat? Do you have any information on how the tent will stand up to UV Rays? We are camping in a hot location, and want to make sure that the heat doesn't cause the tent to lose it's water repellency.

A: Hot weather does not affect the water repellent coating. The walls and fly of this tent is polyester taffeta with a polyurethane and fire retardant coating. The rainfly seams are tapped. The sun’s UV rays will ultimately degrade most materials. The polyester material works well for normal recreational use.

A: The fabric of this tent has a water repellent and fire retardant coating. Additionally the seams of the underside of the full coverage rainfly are tapped. This is a process by which the stitch holes are sealed.

A: This tent is a PENTA shape tent. The base overall dimensions are 13’ x 12.5’ and the center height is 5’2”
