Great metal filter bottle.

I just bought the metal one as it was on sale here, after using the plastic one for 3 years. Plastic is plastic and aside from BPA there are dozens of other plastics which are as bad, but less 'advertised" so switching to a metal bottle was a great step for me. I've traveled with my plastic one all over the world: tap water in countries where you can't drink,etc and never had issues. It may not clean as good as professional filter, but it does the job for regular particles and smell. amazing for gym use. Saves $1000s on water bottles and many don't realize water bottles often filled with the same water.... I haven't bought any water bottles for many, many years.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Let’s sell replacement parts, please

It does the job that it’s supposed to do pretty well. I did experience some melting issues in the dishwasher when I put it on the top rack. One thing that is quite annoying is that Britta does not sell replacement parts. In this day and age, I can’t imagine that I need to buy a whole new water bottle and throw this one away because my mouthpiece broke. They could do a better job with the lid of the mouthpiece. Eventually, the clip Part ends up, snapping on everyone that I have bought.

Excellent bottles

I love our Brit’s bottles we each have one in our family. The water tastes great as I’m picky about my water. I don’t like that the mouthpiece easily gets mold so I’ve had to purchase generic brand mouthpieces and replace them every so often but the bottle itself still works great. My daughter’s bottle has a leak and we can’t figure out from where. It’s not the mouth piece cuz it’s been leaking since we first bought it, thought it was the mouth piece but it still leaked. Other than that it’s a great water bottle to carry around without having to worry out nasty tasting water.
