The filter assembly replaces original equipment parts, fitting most gravity fuel systems on 7 to 15-horsepower engines lacking a fuel pump. Keeps fuel flowing smoothly to the carburetor so your tractor engine runs at peak performance, starts easily, and lasts longer between tune-ups. Replaces Briggs & Stratton original equipment # 298090S.

A: As long as the gas line fits snugly over the barbs of the filter and it's facing the proper direction of the flow, it should be no problem.
