Poor Quality

I have owned this product for just over 3 years. The electronics are bad and the heat plates peals after time. They replaced my first one after a year cause of the electronics and the second is the same.

the worst

bought for my camp and used it 5 weekends. now the H2O light comes on everytime we try to use it. This machine sucks

Awful Product

This item was a gift for our wedding. We haven’t reached our 1 year anniversary, and it is already completely useless. We have tried every solution found on the internet, which there are many, and none of them worked. What was supposed to be a staple of our kitchen and something we enjoyed using every day has become the bane of my existence.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Beware of faulty LED display and inoperable settin

Beware of faulty LED display and inoperable setting buttons!
About 4 months after using this coffee maker the LED dispaly lights stopped working- the numbers were not able to be read anymore.
Then the program buttons stopped responding when pressing.
So the programmable functioning is inoperable.
No setting up of automatic brewing times.

Q: Does this machine beep when the coffee pot/mug are finished?

A: Yes. The maker beeps when it's finished brewing. Then the display will show a countdown starting at 59 (minutes) after 59 minutes has passed it shuts off the burner and beeps. This is the best coffee maker I've ever had.

Q: If I put my travel mug in there, select the right water amount on the dial, and program it to go off in the morning so it's ready to go as I run out the door...... is my travel mug going to be hot from sitting on the carafe warmer?

A: Hi Ash, you can put whatever amount of coffee grinds you desire into the machine. We recommend emptying your coffee grinds after each use. Thank you.

Q: How do you make 1cup of coffee without a pod is there a small filter for 1cup or do you still use the large filter in the machine thanks

A: There is only the large filter. You change the size of coffee you want with the dial and put in the amount of ground coffee that corresponds with that amount on the scoop that came with the machine.
