Bradley Smoker Alder Wood Bisquettes ® are made from pure wood. So you can smoke food with pure delicious taste. Alder, the wood of the North West, is most commonly used for smoked salmon because of its milder flavor. However, thanks to its light, sweet, and musky flavor, Alder Bisquettes add a smooth smoke flavor perfect for almost any dish. Recommended for Poultry, Fish, Pork and Seafood recipes. Bradley Smokers extinguish the bisquettes® before they turn to foul-tasting and harmful gas chemical. Generating deliciously clean and taste-enhancing smoke for your food.
