Great punch mitts

I'm not a huge fan of the sparring gloves because they don't have enough padding. With that being said I LOVE the punching mitts. The curved inside absorbs some of the impact and protects the wrists.

Cet ensemble d'entrainement est pour moi un moyen idéal et complet. Les mitaines courbées d'entraineur offre un confort, une prise forte et sont facile a manipuler. Les gants de frappe offre eux aussi une qualité et un bon confort. Un achat complet et durable. PS: Je ne suis pas le seul qui adore cet ensemble d'entrainement.

good investment

I have never used this type of product before so it's very new to me. I shopped around for the punch pads and mitts at numerous stores and for the price and quality of the product this was the "best bang for the buck." The punch pads actually felt more comfortable then the more expensive UFC brand that Canadian Tire offers. I think the UFC ones are more expensive because of the popularity of the UFC league. For me being a bigger male the mitts were a bit small but usable, although they do fit my girlfriend's hand perfectly. Being in the health, wellness and fitness program I found them to be a good alternative cardio workout, as well its a great way to get some aggression out. I would recommend it for the average person as well as an amature fighter.
