This lightweight black Bow toilet flange and cap measures 4 by 3 inches and is designed to help seal your toilet to the drain system. The flange and cap allow you to easily secure your toilet and eliminate leaks and sewer smells at an affordable price. Simply connect the flange to the drain pipe and attach the toilet, then place the cap over the flange bolt holes to complete the installation. The durable construction and careful measurements make this an ideal option to get your toilet functioning properly again.

It doesn't give the correct specification for the products. It also doesn't give enough information about the product such as the actual size of the inner and the outer diameters of the pipe is.
