A Bosch-exclusive carbide brazing technology delivers 10X life versus standard bi-metal blades. This all-purpose blade does it all in tough wood with nails and hard materials such as thick gauge metal like stainless steel up to 1/8 In. thick. The blade employs Progressor Technology, a combination of aggressive small teeth that work together with larger teeth to increase speed and to provide fast cuts and excellent chip clearance. This is accentuated by the jig saw's pendulum movement.     Works excellent for cutting plastic or wood. I had a specific job to cut a double wall piece where the extra length of the blade had the reach to accomplish verses having to use a hand saw.

    Bosch carbide tipped 4” long sabre saw blade

    I bought this to use with my delightful new Milwaukee battery sabre saw. I spent extra for carbide teeth as these will cut through pretty much anything. In my case I used it to chop up a bunch of old plastic lawn chairs into lengths small enough to put into cardboard garbage boxes. The blade survived a LOT of rough cutting. Highly recommended.
