Does not work, the green laser does NOT come on until the measure button is pressed so good luck imagining where the laser might point when you get it to show I thought I was doing something wrong, but I just leqarned I'm not. It doesn't work and judging from reviews Bosch is most certainly aware and still sells this worthless paperweight. I bought mine more that 30 days ago, and was so frustrated when I tried to use it hours after I bought it, and I put it away. Today I decided to give it another try and I find out it has not been working since I bought it. It wasn't me. It's you.

Junk, never worked

Received this for xmas. Didn't work once. Just like many reviews here, laser never comes on, unit displays red alert and reboot. Horrific quality control with Bosch. Units not tested and shipped out bad. High failure rate.

Green laser is good for measuring outdoors. Doesnt have some of the features of higher end models like inferential horizontal distance or bluetooth connectivirt, but works great for basic measuring
