not for use on pontoon boat or anything that the full length of the ladder does not have contact. it does not clearly state that it is for use with a boat with a hull and not a pontoon boat.

This ladder is a LIABILITY. It folds up under the boat the minute you attempt to stand on it. We were stranded in the water for 45 minutes! Until another boat came to our rescue. DO NOT BUY!!!
