This product is absolute garbage. Don't get it. The people who designed these things didn't have hands, ears, knowledge of technology or know what sports is. The only thing it's good for is testing your patience.

Sucks, would give zero if possible.

These did not work, they would not connect, if they did it would take more then ten min. once connected, if you paused music or looked at another app it would disconnect. Although it would say paired it would not play or work at all. You had start whole process again and would take hours. Returned and tried again, this time it never paired at all had to get a full refund which they would only give card bc previous exchange.. Garbage of an item .

Trying to get them to sync or connect is a daily battle. I wouldn't even waste 15.00 doll hairs on them!

Q: Can you store the ear buds in the charging case when not in use or does that violate the usage precaution “do not charge continuously for more than 10 hours…”? Or does this only pertain to charging the case?

A: Don't bother with these ear buds, they are garbage!!! They keep disconnecting after a few minutes. Worst money ever spent!

A: No you do not have to. The pods themselves will charge inside the case as the case charges. It saves your time and frustration! I’ve had mine for a year or so now and I love them. When I got mine, they were new stock, now they are discontinued I believe. They’ve outlived and to a great degree have out-performed my 2 pairs of scullcandy pods. The controls are much easier in comparison as well. I had bought the only two pairs of these my Canadian Tire had received for myself and my spouse and we love them and use them daily still!

Q: One challenge I have had with them is when I am moving like walking or running the two ear buds come out of sync and it sounds like there is an echo between the two ear buds. I have tried restarting and paired them again with the device but no luck.

A: I occasionally, very rarely, encounter this problem. Mine does not seem to relate to motion of any kind as it might happen when I'm sitting in front of my computer. I haven't used them much when moving around but occasionally walk down the hall (still connected to my computer) and they seem OK until I get quite far. For what it's worth, I always insert the right ear first and then the left. You can try that but if it persists, I would suggest return for refund or exchange.

Q: The right ear piece will not take a charge. No lights on the piece. 4 blue lights show in the charging case Left piece works just fine. How do I get it to charge?

A: Sounds defective! Make sure it's seated properly when in the case. Otherwise return it for a new set! Mine work fine!

A: Your earbuds are 035-8021-0. However, I believe that the manual is the same as that for 035-7309-4. I have used this manual for mine . The manual can be found here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1811215/Bluehive-035-7309-4.html Just use 035-8021-0 when pairing. Gerry

Q: Do you have to press hard on the earbud to change song etc. Or is it a lite tap

A: The power key is above the indicator light, in the center of the earbud. Lite tap is ok. Lite tap twice on right earbud for next song, lite tap twice on left earbud for previous song.
