Q: I have charged my hearbuds fully to the green light but when I unplug it the case light comes to white color and when I insert it to listen to music it says only 20% charge. what is happening hear?
a year agoA: Please ensure to remove insulating strip under the earbuds before your charging, or your earbuds won't be charged. During the charging, the light on each earbud will flash white color, which means your earbuds are under charging. When your earbud case turns to the steady green light, it only means this case's battery is charged to full. After ensuring two insulating strips under the earbuds are removed, please try to charge them again, if your earbuds' battery still can't increase, please contact 1-877-466-8191 for after service. Thank you.

Q: Why does the active noise cancelling feature automatically turn off after 5 minutes?
3 years agoA: 1. Tap the left earbud twice to toggle between ANC Mode, Transparent mode, and ANC Off mode. Simply repeat this to switch back to ANC mode. 2. Manually press and hold the left and right earbuds for 6 seconds to turn off the earbuds, then press and hold the left and right earbuds for 3 seconds to turn on the earbuds, then try again.
