Not worth the price!

I bought this on sale on December 13th. Took it out of the packaging to charge 15 days later. The on/off button broke using it the first time. Have yet to call the 1-800 number included in the packaging that clearly says "Don't return to store", but I have an idea how that's probably going to go.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The bank came almost fully charged and we were able to use them right out of the box. Does not heat up the phone while charging like wall outlets do, sometimes. Two full charges and counting. Good purchase and definitely satisfied.

Q: Why does the picture show three ports but the descriptions says 2 ports?

A: There are 3 ports. The middle port is to charge the unit and this port is also a two-way port where you can charge another unit using a C to C cable. I just bought it today (June 22, 2025) and I like it a lot. It looks stylish although a bit big for a portable power bank. But it looks like it will last a long time. For the price I paid, it was quite a buy at 72% OFF at Canadian Tire, regular price was $73.69 and on sale for $20.69 + taxes.
