Q: Is there a drainage hole for water to drain out when the reservoir is full with water? Also where to add water to the reservoir?

A: Add this to my previous answer - you water the plant from the top, water drains down to the reservoir. That is the only way it gets there. Then drill a hole in the bottom of the pot for proper drainage.

Q: does this planter have drainage?

A: Yes, each Ariana planter has a self-watering grid. The water drains through the holes into the water reservoir in the bottom of the planter. When the planter is in an unsheltered location from rain or additional water, the water reservoir could over flow and drown the plant. If you have these conditions, we recommend punching out drainage holes on the bottom. The process is extremely quick and easy with the right tools. Flip pot upside down and locate areas marked “X” for recommended hole locations. Then punch out holes by using either a drill with a drill bit or a hammer and a nail. The process should only take a minute or two, then the pot will be ready to fill with potting soil and plants of your choice.

Q: Will it leak all over the floor if used inside? Or drainage built in?

A: There are drainage wholes on the bottom therefore if you don't have anything to catch the water, it will leak.
