Not Aluminum At All

That's just a lie. What they did instead, was make it out of cheap, thin steel. One of the key things about aluminum is, it doesn't rust. Guess what this frame does... it rusts.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Vélo en acier et donc très lourd. Super confo, excellente suspension et freinage. Super pour la trail heavy. Lourd pour de la route.

Sturdy bike/smooth ride

I bought this bike last year. It's very sturdy and works well off-road, and it's a nice, smooth ride. The gears are a bit tricky to switch and it's hard to get it into the right spot once you start playing around with the gears. But, overall, it's been a good bike.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: How can I tighten up the seat of this bike? When I am setting on the seat of the bike it is not stable at all. With a small amount of pressure it is rotating left to right or right to left and up to down or down to up. Please help me with this issue.

1 Answer
  • A: It is difficult to advise you without knowing all of the information. (1) You need to check if the seatpost is secure and tight in the frame. If not please tighten. (2) There is only one bolt/screw with nut holding the seat on the seatpost. It is under the seat at the side. That bolt needs to be tight with no movement when sitting on the seat. Please tighten. Note: If the seat still has movement after the bolts have been tightened, please bring the bicycle back to the store for service. Do not ride the bicycle untill this has been resolved.
