    Pole Saw two bad batteries

    I received this pole saw as a Christmas gift and it came with a spare battery in addition to the packaged battery.. I had no need to use it until today. I unpacked and assembled it. I placed the battery in the charger and after more than 10 hours of charging the red light is blinking. The spare battery I was given with it also does not charge.and is still blinking as I type. Since it's a cordless device it is useless without a functioning battery. I do not reccomend this product.

    Bad pole saw

    I’ve used this saw about a dozen times in 6 months. It now acts like the motor is seizing. Blade off and good battery. Now I see there are no parts to fix it. Taking it back and exchanging for another like it makes no sense. Very dissatisfied

    i bought this pole saw to use in my lawn care business, i use it periodically, its NOT good for long term or all day use, i would avoid try cutting up to 6" in diameter as the battery will drain pretty quickly. It's better to use it on smaller, shorter cuts, i personally feel the 20v battery isn't enough, for example i use it the other day to cut maybe 3" diameter branches i only cut about maybe 4 or 5 of them that i couldn't reach, i tell the battery was losing power by the time i was done, bottom line is the battery needs to be more stronger and longer lasting, to make it worth a future purchase. So keep in mind what you will be using it for, short, quick cuts, great, long term/bigger forget it.

    i purchased this pole saw two weeks ago. lite operation but i think the rpms could be faster . when cutting ,saw vibrates a lot when cutting evergreen tree limbs.not sure i would recommend this product.

    This saw cuts well, but the battery doesn't hold enough of a charge to get much cut, especially when considering that it then takes many hours to recharge.
