Love this steam mop and how easily it moves across floor with moving spin pads. I have had other brands but this surpassed expectation’s! Highly recommend

Don't waste your money. Used 3 times before the steam hose detached inside the mop head. Opened it up and was gobsmacked at how poorly designed this is. Impossible to re-seat the hose and therefore completely un-repairable. Now it's a $200 paperweight. How this thing made it through engineering and testing and onto shelves I will never understand.

It’s very satisfying to use this product. I was able to scrub my kitchen floors off old grime that just got embedded in to the tiles from years of use and would not come off with regular washing. For that I had to use pink paste though, I would just drop blobs on the floor here and there and go over them with the rotating steamer which would spread and scrub over the tiles. It was very satisfying to see grey dirt come off. It would be very unbearable to do this with my hands. After that I had to wipe the loosened dirty scam, I used Bissel crossway for that, but I suppose that clean pads on the rotating steamer would work as well. Now I just use plain steam to upkeep the tile,and it does great scrubbing. It quietly huffs and puffs over the floors. I actually like it more than Bissell Cross wave, which doesn’t do such a deep cleaning. Neither rotating steamer nor cross wave wash grout lines, I am yet to find the best and fastest way for those. I am happy with the purchase, and recommend it.

A: Distilled water is recommended. BISSELL offers scented demineralized water for steam mops.

Q: Anyone use the steam mop on stairs? Wondering how this unit performs on stairs since they are usually rectangular and you can't get into the corners. Thanks in advance for your replies.

A: Hi Bob. It's designed for hard floors, but stairs is a good question. It's probably not the best design for this purpose.
