I am still not sure about this cleaner. I am a little disappointed that it doesn't have a light and it seems not to hold a lot of dirty water. Although the container is large, and a max line. I have had many Bissell products, and I wish it was better for my home. Maybe the better model is better, Maybe they will send that, so I can return this one. Somewhat disappointed. Larry

I have 3 large dogs and wet foot prints can be an issue on tile and laminate floors. The wet and dry cleaner keeps my floors clean without having to drag out the mop and bucket.

bit disappointed

It works well, but it's not exactly what i was looking for. I would like a wet dry vac that is easy to use for small clean ups and accidents. The Crosswave is suppose to be cleaned after each use. So it's just as easy as getting out a mop and bucket.

A: In Steam Wash mode, the BISSELL CrossWave HydroSteam will heat the internal water temperature to 212F to produce steam. The average temperature of the steam on your floor (in Steam Mode) is 30C—35C (86—95F), but you may see a max temperature of 50C—55C (122-131F).
