I bought this about two months ago and it's been working amazing I have a Dyson as well and the Dyson's battery keeps dying this is great because I don't need to worry about batteries

Good design overall.,Light weight. Not too noisy. Easy instructions. Pretty much ready to go out of the box. The "tools" attachment is a bit odd as they mount on the vacuum wand and not the canister but it's not a problem and does affect proper usage.

In spite off my expectations this vacuum is a disappointment. I purchased it specifically for my tile floors. While it does a good job removing the debris it's does not pull across the floor easily. In fact, it doesn't appear to roll at all. I liken it to pulling an anchor around my home. On top of that that it does not turn or swivel at all. I have to move it with my foot which further adds to the aggravation of using it. Lastly, it has a tendency to tip easily when pulling on the hose to get it to follow me.
I'll be replacing soon with something better. A bummer since we've used Bissel for years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: It is and you have to wash it almost after every use if you want this vacuum to work properly and last. However after so many washes some dust stays in it because it is a very dense filter , and it becomes clogged . Then you have to replace it. Unfortunately Canadian Tire for some reason that defies logic doesn't sell this filter..I ordered one from bissell Canada 3 weeks ago..Still waiting..

Q: Do the wheels actually roll? I can spin them with my hand but when I vacuum I have to pull the vacuum along and the wheels don't roll at all.

Q: What accessories comes with this product. Is there only a floor broom or is there also the soft brush for blinds as well as the narrow nozzle for small spaces

A: Floor broom, small rectangular fitting, round brush, narrow nozzle. Orange light going on is when the unit is over taxed and something is blocking the hose or intake or it is too tight to the floor. Clean the very top intake filter often too or the orange light will come on as the unit is having a hard time breathing.
