I house several rescue animals on my property and, accordingly, a good carpet cleaning machine is essential. After careful review, I decided on the Big Green Machine since it was consistently deemed the best of the best among independent testers. It did not disappoint. I immediately put my Big Green Machine to work on some carpet that was in dire need of a deep clean. It performed beautifully. Easy to operate and a true workhorse. The carpet now looks new and fresh. No odor. No stains. I am 100% thrilled. HIGHLY recommended!

I paid more than the cost of this machine to have somebody come clean my carpets that looked just as bad as they did a week later. I use the product and the machine and my carpets look brand new. They don’t feel sticky like after having the “professional “ clean them. The stains that I was told would not come out are gone and it looks like I just had new carpet put in..makes my rooms looks so much better. Totally impressed with this machine… and easy to use and clean up. I cleaned them late into the evening and by the morning they were dry.
