Just a little small

This is a good durable bottle, but for a good workout or a long bike ride, its a bit small for me.

Q: Can this bottle be frozen with water in it? I like my water very, very cold and would put plastic bottles in the freezer for a long walk or trip and drink as the ice melts.

1 Answer

A: There is a possibility that the bottle could shatter if it was filled with water and then put into the freezer. Water expands when it cools and freezes. To avoid putting excessive pressure on the walls of the bottle when freezing water, it would be recommended that you only fill the bottle half way.
