Inflated walls are made of TriTech™ material, providing ultimate in durability and comfort
Power Saving System: Automatic start/stop timer-controlled heating system
Integrated water filtration system
Soft, insulated floor with convenient drain valve
Reinforced cover with safety lock clips and built-in air chamber for insulation
Ground pad protector keeps water temperatures warm
Pump is supplied with a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI)

Think again before buying this spa

I was disappointed that my spa took more than a day to get up,to temperature and that it only got up to 100 degrees which lowered once the jets were on so it’s more like a warm bathtub.
This spa can’t stay outside during a cold winter and must be stored inside which is a hassle
My biggest complaint is with their customer service. They are very proprietary and you can only get parts from Bestway. A flimsy seal broke after two seasons of use just over the warranty and it was going to cost me almost $20 to get a new seal worth less than a dollar one would think they would throw an extra in with the tub but no they want your $$$

Toute la famille adore le spa. Il permet une installation facile et rapide et peut-être déplacé en fonction des besoins. Le système de chauffage est efficace et les jets sont puissants. L'eau reste belle en suivant les recommandations d'entretien, il n'y a que le sable au fond, s'il y en a, qui est plus difficile à retirer. Après plus d'un mois d'utilisation, nous sommes très satisfaits du produit.

Amazing Hot Tub

This hot tub was so easy to setup and get ready, my family enjoyed and looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a stressful day or soothing aching muscles. The force of the jets was a real benefit in the tub. They also could rotate in multiple directions. The height and sturdiness of the hot tub was ideal for sitting/leaning on and for getting in and out of. Once an ideal temperature was reached it is very easy to maintain.

Portable Hot Tub

This Hot Tub was relatively easy to assemble and put together. It took several hours to get up to temperature of 40 degrees. The jets are adjustable and worked very well. It accommodates 2 adults very well but more than that might be tight. We are looking forward to moving the tub into the basement for the winter.

Q: Where can I get a manual for this tub? I've misplaced mine and I'm having an issue with the pump not working properly We bought our spa last year and due to some medical issues we weren't able to use it much. Even with the little use we did have the pump quit working on us and we were sent a replacement one. We set up the spa just recently this year and for some reason the pump is not blowing air and keeps blowing our breaker. It heats up great but no air. Is there a number we can call to get help as I mentioned earlier we've misplaced our manual. Thank you.

Q: Is this hot tub any different than the Coleman(green one) or the cheaper( Saluspa Miami black and white one) because I have had both and the only difference I saw was the Coleman had better heavier material?
