Really can’t find anything like this in the spinning range. I have this set up w/ a large spinning reel for pike and I’m super confident w/ it. It also has a great action. Soft tip but has a great back bone and progress very nicely throughout the rod great for throwing big baits. I can’t believe this is about 40$.

Q: Can I use braided line on this rod for dipsy diver fishing ? I have heard in the past of braided line cutting into the eye inserts.
